A deep red beer with a light brown beutiful head. The aroma is roasty, fruity, and fresh. The flavor is roasted, very woody but not dry, smooth, and slightly sweet with a note of breadmold in the beginning. The sweetness lingers on the lips. It's a very complex beer, with a lot of aftertaste.

(Bottle 55 cl) Not surprisingly a nutty brown colour with a rich, beige head. Completely dominated by rich malts with notes of caramel and nuts. Quite full-bodied and dry with only a discreet bitterness. Very pleasant and drinkable. 160301

Bottled at Bishop’s Arms Vasagatan, Stockholm. Pours well... nut brown and clear with rich firm head. Aroma of toast, hay and molasses. Sweet with clean mouthfeel. Some drying grassy hops with notes of paper and syrup. Gerntly roasty with a touch of pears. Low to medium bitterness in a drier salty finish.

Bottle, 5%. Weak roasted aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Nice stable tan head. Roasted flavour, quite vinous, almost oxidized-tasting. Not too old, but also not bad.

Bottled@Brewpub Copenhagen. Rubyish red colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is raisins, plum, caramel malts as well as some mild hoppy notes. Flavour is sweet malts, plum, raisins and some mild earthyness. Very sweet and a bit out of balance. Where are nuts?
