bottle. pours hazy red-orange, thin head dissipates quickly. resinous aroma, some grass. flavor is moderate bitter hop over solid malt backbone, light caramel, slight sour end. very brief on the palate - flavor is full but washes away quickly. moderate carbonation. a great, well rounded pale.

Dark amber colored, little light brown head. Mildly roasted and sweet caramelly-toffee aroma, still some bready tone dominating with raisins. Interesting aroma, not very ESB-one though... Medium bodied. Flavor is also bready with this more bitterness than in aroma, some sweet caramel and this raisin-plum tone here. Aftertaste dries slightly. Good one, though not very bitter.

Light copper, with a thick, loose tan head that slowly laces down the glass. Modest hop aroma. A little nutty flavor. A bit thin, with a sharp hop bite.

550ml bottle via Roth’s. Pours a semi-clear copper with a huge beige head. Nose is malt-driven with some subtle fruity esters. Taste starts with the malt, then a little nuttiness, and some floral hops in the end. Dry finish. Body is medium, carbonation is high.

Bottle @ Chandos, London. Pours golden with reddish tinge. Hops / caramel aroma. Very smooth / creamy taste. A decent, drinkable beer.

Bottle. Soapy week head with very little trailing. Aroma is almost like a cafe espresso with very little hoppiness. Initial taste is weak and a little watery with an after of iron.

From bottle : Pours a dark clear amber color, looks a little like a nice glass of sweet tea, with a foamy white head. Im getting a nice caramel aroma going from this beer, with some hops mixed in there. Taste seems to be much the same, the caramel is nice. Thin to medium palate, smooth going down. Little bit of bitterness on the back of the tongue.

Poured a light red color with large white head that fades after time. Smelled like a box of raisins and cherry cough syrup. Tasted like cranberries with little hop taste. This beer tastes aged like it was a blended whiskey. An ok beer but not one of my favorites. Lacks any real hop flavor.
