Bottle: Pastuerised
Captures the soul of beer. It has a maltiness that reminds you that beer is a product of the soil. Balance of malt and hops.

Bottle. Clear amber body with a creamy small off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, spiced apple, some herbal, light wood. Taste is medium sweet, earthy/herbal, apple, some caramel, with a bit of wood in the finish. Easy to drink.

Caramel malty, yeasty hop aroma (can I be any more vague?) - There is a nice butterscotch hue to it. Pours tea-whiskey into the glass with littlle to no head nor retention. The flavors are VERY nicely balanced between caramel malt and hopped bitters, with a clean finish. Medium palate, and would be a great session brew! This is a very nice offering from Samuel Smiths. Kudos!

Pours copper with a white head. Smells malty with some rosey hints. Tastes of perfumy hops and malt. Peppery finish.

A good ale that doesn’t really dissappoint, but is nothing to write home about either. Taste is slightly bitter with an ok mouthfeel. Overall, an fairly decent ale.

Real nice amber color with a small head. A nice floral/fruity taste thats real smooth. After the floral taste it has a nice bitter taste. Goes down real smooth. Real nice ALE.

(Bottled) Dark reddish amber color with a smallish, creamy head. Berries, pine needles and toffeeish caramel in the aroma. Toffee-caramely, not very sweet flavor with berries and some woody-aromatic hops. Light to medium-bodied, quite carbonated palate. Quite nice for its style, but nothing special.

I dislike this one just like I dislike bass. Pours a redish amber. Bitter and skunky. Skunk flavor and unappetizing bitter finish with a skunky taste left in the mouth.

average amber color. nothing special. minimal head. iniitial smell of skunk. inital taste of skunk and ashtray. after a bit, the skunk taste subsided but still tasted like ashtray. i didn’t get the malt flavor. i’d be open to thinking that maybe i got a bad bottle or maybe it just sucked
