Commercial Description:
Bottle: Pastuerised
Captures the soul of beer. It has a maltiness that reminds you that beer is a product of the soil. Balance of malt and hops.

Bottled. Pours a clear brown with a tan head (good head retention). The aroma is somewhat skunky and a little nutty to me. The palette is smooth and medium bodied, while the flavor is a combination of malt, caramel, and a slight hint of nuts with a slightly bitter finish. Good, but not great.

"This one surprised me. Poured an orangy color with a nice head. Aroma was very skunky after the pour and the taste was off as well, after it warmed though aroma became grassy. The flavor some caramel was and okay beer."

Nice amber color with a thin white head. Subtle and light aroma that’s got nice notes of malt. Nice flavor but nothing jumps out at me. A well rounded, very drinkable beer. Above average with a nice aftertaste that’s slightly bitter.

Pours of-white, creamy head. Amberish bronze color. Extremely malty flavor. Has a slight nuttiness to it as well. Very well balanced beer.

Bottle sampled with Stegosaurus. Pours clear bronze with an off-white head. Aroma of hops and caramel malts. carbonated, bitter, metallic finish. I didn’t like this, i don’t care for bitter beers.

Amber with a white head. The aroma is sweet and malty. Plenty of citrus and other fruits in the taste along with the malt, and a medium bitterness.

An average pint of beer. I can’t imagine drinking this one more than a few times. Maybe not even that often. It had little to distinguish itself from the common place American beers. Ouch. The caramel flavor was just overly present from beginning to end. Go elsewhere for a beer you’ll truly enjoy.

550ml bottle. Pours w/o head. Nice Brown/amber color w/ a few rising bubbles. Aroma is a bit buttery, but also shows some hoppy character. Moderately interesting but for that butter...drinks with a watery finish. Flavors are biscuits, toast, earth, peppercorns...butter aroma seems to dominate more as I drink. has a somewhat bitter and mineral laden finish, which is enjoyable...some yeasty fruitiness emerges on the palate as well...overall, just a bit boring, I wonder, if this captures the soul of beer, what the hell does it do with that soul?
