COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Filtered
Name changed from Old Brewery Pale Ale to Organic Pale Ale in 2011.
Ingredients: Water, malted barley, yeast, hops.
Brewed with well water (the original well at the Old Brewery, sunk in 1758, is still in use, with the hard well water being drawn from 85 feet underground); best barley malt, yeast and aromatic hops; fermented in ‘stone Yorkshire squares’ to create a full, rounded flavour and after-taste.
Best served at about 51°F (11°C).

Pours a nice copper color with an off-white head and some lacing. It has a mild aroma of pale malts and some earthy hops. The flavor is sweet malts up front balanced by the earthly hops leading to a mild sweet aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle@home. Clear copper. One finger foam. Disappears quick. Toffe caramel biscuit bread leads. Not much hoppyness. Malty taste as the aroma. Hoppy bitterness with a smooth nearsweet finish. Classic.

550ml ($5.99) Little expensive for what you’re getting. still a good beer. taste is honey ~ish malts but weak 5% makes this a borderline non man beer. worth trying out once.

Flasche 355ml. Süffig, erinnert stark an Düsseldorfer Altbier.
