Bottle, Empire Wines. Pours a vivid (cherry!) red. Aroma is gorgeous, sweet and packed with lots of ripe cherry. Very smooth mouthfeel, the alcohol is incredibly well masked, and this is almost soft drinkesque and not really very beer like. My wife tried a sip and loved it, and I can see why this might appeal to the ladies....Overall, an excellent fruit beer and a match for any of the belgian fruit beers I’ve thus tried.

At the tasting session by Joes. A clear red beer, with less, off white, head. The aroma is sweet, with a little bitter. It has almond in it. The taste is fruity, raspberries, it’s warm. It’s a little bitter and some sour. Less aftertaste.

Bottle. Pours a clear, reddish copper colour with a frothy pink head. Aroma is all cherry – like cherry sauce. Faint metallic notes and a bit dusty. Flavour is very sweet; candy-like cherry. As it warms, it develops a sourish touch and some metallic notes. Dry finish with remote notes of hops behind the cherries. This could be a cloying beer what with all the cherry, but it actually works rather well. Very refreshing. 27-07-08.

Botella. Clear red-amber colour with a small but well lasting pinkish head. Aroma of cherries indeed with a pleasant soft candy like sweetness. Good sparkling and tickeling mouthfeel. The flavour is dominated by fresh cherries with sparkling mineral water and some malt along with a slight mild bitterness. A pleasant summer drink.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear reddish with a pinkish head. Distinct cherry aroma. Medium body with no real malt feel but lots of cherry and almond flavours. Sulphury finish. 030608
