I enjoyed this stout on Xmas,,,,after all the kids opened the presents. After all that hi pitched manic panic, the tout provided a nice aromatic smooth taste. I had the Bison chocolate stout last week and I like the San Smith better. Iíd drink it again next season.

Big chocolate aroma and taste. Milky notes with a smooth finish. Could use a little more bitterness but a nice stout. Rich dark colour and keeps a good head. Quite light in body but itís all about the chocolate.

Bottle, may 6th 2016. Black body with a small beige head. Aroma is sweet chocolate, candy, vanilla, mild roasty. Taste is sweet too, quite strong milk chocolate notes, mild bitter, with a malty and fruity finish, lasting chocolate aftertaste. This beer is all about the choco it seems. Nothing wrong with that.

Dark brown colour with firm, beige and big head. Aroma is sweet coffee with lots of cocoa powder, chocolate, some chocolate cookies and brown sugar. In taste there is strong chocolate flavour, cocoa powder, reminds me of chocolate cookies literally, there is also hint of coffee with milk. Palate is smooth and creamy, low carbonation, medium body. I sense some metallic notes but itís faint note so Iím unsure. Overall nice, BIG on chocolate and smooth, maybe little to... bland, could use some bitterness to counter the sweetness. Other than that very interesting

Bottle to taster Consummation: Hella cocoa, nuts, milk, light caramel like sweetness throughout Adjunct: Deep reddish brown with a dusty white head and lots of lacing; cocoa powder, blackberry, and milk; medium to full bodied and smooth as hell, itís from a bottle, but Iíd swear that this was nitro

Deep dark. Oh well, chocolate! Sweet coffee. Light carbonation. Dessert beer. Not too heavy. A week bit single-ended, but still nice.

Good chocolate flavor, though it tends more to more Yoo-Hoo than Ghirardelli.

Poured a reddish/brownish color with a small sized head. Cherries, lighter woodiness, caramel, some vanilla, and some funk. Lighter vinegar.
