16oz Bottles at Track 84 - Warwick, RI. Sugar and malic acid nose. Blunted relatively generic apple aroma and initial flavor. Clean, bright, and with a decent balance of acid and sugar without being too sweet, nor too blandly dry. Overall, however, the apple character is pretty weak. But, I’m grateful to have an organic cider available that isn’t Woodchuck.

500 ml. bottle. Pours a thin, poorly retained, off white head, without lacing, over a very slightly hazy light gold (SRM 4) body.....nose is apple juice and little else......taste is moderately sweet, apple juice with light acid.....mouth feel, light body, slight acid, no alcohol, light carbonation. This is obviously an apple based beverage. It is quite simple in presentation and not particularly interesting. BJCP 5/2/10/4/5

Bottle from Beers Of Europe [150115]
Light golden, clear, bubbly white head dissipates quickly to thin film
Aroma - Little on nose, very slight cider apple
Taste - Light cider apple, sugars, simple flavour
Palate - Medium carb, light body, soft sweet, light tart. Finish as main flavour, clean, bit more juice in finish
Overall - Rather plain and ordinary

Bottle. Clear light gold pour with no head. Aroma is apple and maybe a hint of cheap white box wine. Light crisp palate with a bit of carbonation. Taste is slightly sweet, slightly tart. This is okay.

0.5l bottle @Henrik. This is a light blurry kinda golden looking one. Really golden to be a cider actually and it had a bubbly quickly sidesticking white head. On the nose I get hints of white wine, lots of yellow and green apples, smells a bit like. Hmm. Dammit. Someone interrupted me and now I forgot what I thought what it smelled like. Light dusty and earthy also. Perhaps that’s what I thought. Soft sweet taste. Lots of yellow sweet apples. Light oily on the mouth and it has a average. Apple juice flavored. Easy to drink. Not bad at all. 05.04.2014

355 mL bottle. Straw with a thin white cap. Nose is bright with apple and nutty yeast esters. Doughy, apple skins. Moderately sweet with a tart midpalate that finishes well rounded. Average body and carbonation. Interesting and subtly different.
