Definitely my favorite cider. Pale green color, no aroma but a very nice sweet/slightly tart flavor. Definitely one to pick up.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tallahassee, Fl. - Liquor Loft - 550 ml bottle. Dark golden pour - little to no head. Aroma of fresh golden delicious apples. Crisp apple flavor with some nice tart notes - golden delicious perhaps. A notch above the US commercially available ciders. Mouthfeel somewhat on the thin side - but overall a solid cider.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Appearance: Pours a clear, deep yellow body with a smallish, white head.
Smell: A humble aroma of musty apples with a slight hint of pears.
Taste: Sweet, lightly tart apple juice with a touch of acidity. Medium sweetness overall. Hint of pear. Sweet, more-of-the-same apple finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Rather mild carbonation.
Drinkability: Just another cider. Didn’t really stand out against all the basic Woodchucks, Aces, and Hornsby’s except for the simple fact that it cost more.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500 ml. bottle from Liquid Solutions. Golden color with some frothy white head. Aroma of mostly fresh/a little cooked apple. Thin to medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is tart, somewhat cooked, apple. I’d say it finishes dry. Definitely a bit tart.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma is of, of course, Apples and alcohol. Appears golden and clear with not much of a head. The flavor is slightly bitter- it seems like this one was made with very sour Granny Smith apples. If you like Sour apples, you’ll like this one. Overall, not too bad... but I’ve had better.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
The aroma is sweet with apples. The appearance is deep gold with a thin head. The flavor is like the aroma but tart. The palate is thin but good for what it is. This is a decent cider.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
(550 ml bottle from Tully’s) Pours light golden with a slight haze. One finger of lumpy white head. Slight bit of champagne-like effervescence. Aroma is quite mild but has notes of tart apple, yeast and bread. Mouthfeel is fairly smooth with a fair bit of texture for a cider. Fine, effervescent prickliness. Taste of apple - sweet and sour, probably leaning a little more toward sour. Also has a light yeasty, bready quality. Not bad but probably not the tastiest cider ever. Carbon dioxide is one of the ingredients - why?
