500ml bottle. My first cider reviewed. Clear filtered looking orange tan color. Sweet apple aroma. Well carbonated, the taste is of bitter apple and a lemony white wine. Pretty enjoyable, but I think the alcohol is a touch overstated for it’s strength.

Sampled at the Sam Smith tasting at Blacklick Wine and Spirits on 2.5.09. Pours a clear yellow with a thin head. Carbonated to the point that it resembles champagne. Smells like apple juice and white wine. Tastes about the same. Tart up front and sweet on the finish. Not bad for a cider. Not quite as good as Dickens Cider, but then again nothing is.

Very crisp, just bounces off your tongue, and its organic. The sweetness is slightly un-placeable, but vaguely appelish. Good cider still.

Pours clear gold with small head. Apple all over the nose. Flavor is granny smith and red delicious. Clean and crisp with nice effervescence.

Strong and thick for a cider, the incredible amount of carbonation is a real plus. Flavor of Red apples, green apples, and a little lemon.

Clear pale gold color with a fizzy white head. Sweet apple aroma with hints of champagne and raisin. Cheap champagne flavor with lightly tart apples and a hint of sweet dough. Airy and crisp with high carbonation.

Bottle. Pours nice golden color with plenty of carbonation and a fizzy white head. The aroma is sweet and full of apples with a faint spicy yeast hint that suggests cinnamon and raisin. The flavor is mild apple, with some dry cellar and wood notes. Sparkly finish that leads to a very interesting aftertaste, very earthy although quite faint. I kinda like it.
