Totally bland compared to MI ciders. Dry ending typical of European ciders. Clear color with little head. Organic cane sugar addition might be fine in Britain---but completely unimpressive in MI!!!

Bottle at The Princess Louise. Clear gold lasting white head lots of carbonation. Stewed apple apple pie aroma. Some character from some apple skins. It’s ok a medium sweet cider.

500ml bottle. Clear pale yellow colour, fizzy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apples, spice, alittle woody. Taste is slightly tart apple with some spice and an earthy note. Light bodied, high carbonation, dry & tart at the finish. Quite OK.

Sample at Bob’s Bar. Clear pale yellow color with a thin and fizzy white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of apples and spice. Light-bodied with flavors of spiced apples and earthy malt. The finish is dry with a mildly tart apple aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Bottle. Pale golden color, fairly aggressive carbonation, light aroma of apples and something like butter...? Actually has a bit of a head to it. Pretty straight forward taste of apples with a good balance of sweet and tart. Finishes dry, with the tastes gone quickly. Solid though uninspiring. Not one I need to try again.

Tart apple sweetness. Distinct apple flavor and a sweet clean aroma. It is not a cloying drink but I prefer ciders a little more dry. Very nice but still makes me think it is just juice.

I really liked this. Almost drinks like a wine...very smooth for a cider. Doesn’t have the artificially sugary flavor palate of say a Magners or Strongbow. Very soft finish...little bit floral almost. Enjoyed this tremendously and will buy more. One of the better ciders I’ve come across.

More of a wine than a cider. Fairly complex fruit taste. More dry than sweet with some sweet after taste. Fruitier than most dry ciders but not as good as most sweet. As I said, though not really cider-y. Not enough Apple flavor. Easy choice to make because Sam Smith is a safe bet, but it won’t become my regular.
