2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 worldbeertaste (1133) - Lancashire, ENGLAND - SEP 27, 2012
Light clear yellow with a fizzy disappearing white head. Smells of acidic apple and apple juice, tart and consuming. Medium watery body with soft carbonation. Tastes sweet but overly bitter, tart and acidity. It may be organic bit it seems a bit strong, citrus and woody.

Aroma: apples. Appearance: clear straw pour - no head or lacing. Taste. Nice combination of sweet and sour. Pallet: light with high carbonation - crisp. Overall, I liked this but I think I liked Crispin better. It was crospper.

Aroma isn’t as strong as I’d like it to be but it sweet and resembles apples. It’s color is a clear and pale yellow. Tastes immediately of apples and gives you a rush of carbonation. A sweet and finally bitter finish.

550 ml. bottle- Pours crystal clear light golden with a one finger head that reduces to a soapy white ring. Aroma is apples surprisingly enough, overripe apples, not really tart apples, more sweet. The taste is the same, mellow and drinkable, appley, sweet and mildly tart. I liked this, it doesn’t really push any boundaries, but tasty.

Bottle from kind folk next to us in campervan, drank this outside Frank (campervan) Cropredy Festival 9th August 2012 Pours gold with plenty of carbonation. A little sweet perhaps but a perfectly drinkable cider, refreshing, tangy, tasty and certainly appley but there is a little bit of a commercial cider feel to this. lacking a zappy, punchy individual edge, otherwise works quite well. Bottle, at Nærbø Ølfestival. A clear, pale golden cider with some white bubbles on top. A faint caramel touch in the flavor, but apples dominates. Of course. There’s also some caramel in the flavor, but it’s mostly just apples. Quite sweetish apples, at least it’s not very tart. Overall, a quite borind, but sure drinkable cider. 111022
