2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear light yellow with a little bit of froth.
Aroma is some musty light apple, some vinegar. Very slight butter/sweetness. Not very good really.
Taste is apple but kind of malty light vinegar.Kind of earthy/dirty or musty, kinda like old apples almost. Finish is a bit tart/sour. Some sweeet/tart in finish Has a touch of a bready body to it. Taste is not too bad overall.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Aroma - tart apples; cider must
Appearance - looks very much like champagne; the body color is a light yellow; liquid is crystal clear with some nucleation; there is not much head set up, what head there was is white, it very quickly fizzles out and leaves a tiny ring
Taste - taste is slightly sour, slightly sweet. It has a champagne like quality, definitely green apple and a unique cider type of must
Palate - body is light; texture thin; carbonation is lively; finish is tart and abrupt

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Shared bottle, pint glass. Clean, barely gold. Bit of head on edge of glass. Mild tartness, but short on apple flavor I expected.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle->mini lager. Pale yellow with quickly vanishing effervescent white head. A: sweet and sour apples, touch medicinal. T: tart apple on front, then bittersweet finish. Drinkable, but nothing great.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottle - Pours clear yellow-gold with a minimal fast fading head. It smells of sweet apples and tastes of sweet, ripe red apples. It’s light bodied and decent, but not really worth the premium Samuel Smith price.

2.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
One of the better ciders out there, not to sweet, nice and tart. Good stuff from Sam smith.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle @ home, picked up at Supermarket Liquor Fort Collins and shared with LeninCat. Pours a touch hazy yellow appearance with a white head and a bit of retention. Juicy, a bit herbal/woody, apple/pear, vanilla, lightly spicy aroma. Somewhat twangy, lightly tart, spritzy, apple pulp, a touch spicy flavor. Pretty basic but not bad.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
550 ml bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks solid; a transparent gold with white lacing. Smells of apples and mild dough. Tastes like it smells, only more robust, and withough the doughiness. Nice and dry on the palate. Enjoyable.

Good not great cider. Mild sweet apples to start and finishes rather dry. More carbonation than unexpected, almost champagne like.

Crisp full flavored. Sweet at first sip then bitter. Strong notes of green apple and honey.
