A nice white bubbly head formed, quickly gone. The body is a clear, golden color. Smells like Golden Delicious apples.. Crisp and clean taste. Semi-dry apple flavor. Lower carbonation and light body. A solid cider.

Bottle 50cl kindly shared by shared by Dominique. A watery cider with apple skin touch, quite acid, dry, very basic.

Aroma - tart apples; cider must Appearance - looks very much like champagne; the body color is a light yellow; liquid is crystal clear with some nucleation; there is not much head set up, what head there was is white, it very quickly fizzles out and leaves a tiny ring Taste - taste is slightly sour, slightly sweet. It has a champagne like quality, definitely green apple and a unique cider type of must Palate - body is light; texture thin; carbonation is lively; finish is tart and abrupt

Bottle from Nissa, Hebden Bridge. Pale yellow with a carbonation. Potent apple and quite tasty too.

Shared bottle, pint glass. Clean, barely gold. Bit of head on edge of glass. Mild tartness, but short on apple flavor I expected.

Bottle->mini lager. Pale yellow with quickly vanishing effervescent white head. A: sweet and sour apples, touch medicinal. T: tart apple on front, then bittersweet finish. Drinkable, but nothing great.

bottle - Pours clear yellow-gold with a minimal fast fading head. It smells of sweet apples and tastes of sweet, ripe red apples. It’s light bodied and decent, but not really worth the premium Samuel Smith price.

One of the better ciders out there, not to sweet, nice and tart. Good stuff from Sam smith. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle @ home, picked up at Supermarket Liquor Fort Collins and shared with LeninCat. Pours a touch hazy yellow appearance with a white head and a bit of retention. Juicy, a bit herbal/woody, apple/pear, vanilla, lightly spicy aroma. Somewhat twangy, lightly tart, spritzy, apple pulp, a touch spicy flavor. Pretty basic but not bad.

550 ml bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks solid; a transparent gold with white lacing. Smells of apples and mild dough. Tastes like it smells, only more robust, and withough the doughiness. Nice and dry on the palate. Enjoyable.

Good not great cider. Mild sweet apples to start and finishes rather dry. More carbonation than unexpected, almost champagne like. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
