Bottle. Poured a straw like yellow with a very small white fizzy head that disappeared in a matter of seconds and had no lacing. The aroma was overwhelming with a strong scent of vinegar and a mild green apple. It tasted sweet and acetic with a stong vinegar presence from start to finish and had a slight apple flavor at the end. Mouthfeel was light in body and dry in texture with a fizzy carbonation. Overall NOT GOOD at all. I normally don’t drink Cider. Although I thought being made by Samuel Smith’s it might be good, guess I was wrong

Really light/clear straw. Slight carbonation. Quite tart. Not sweet. Semi dry. Very appley, which sounds ridiculous, but I dont think too many ciders retain apple flavor. Good, but not great. I’d drink this again. I gave a couple overall bonus points for it being organic.

Yummy. Slightly cleaner tasting and just a touch more to it than your average cider. super refreshing, and can be drank in summer or winter. not a big cider drinker, but this way enjoyable."

Light gold with a thin head and an apple nose. Moderately-carbonated with a mild palate and a sweet apple finish.

pale, clear, sparkling, minimal head, light sweetness, lightly sour, light body, thin feel, lively, astringent. One of our overall favorite ciders. Paired very well with all types of food.

Give props to this cider as it has one of the lowest amount of sugar,7 grams. Not sweet at all, and not much taste. Dry, bitter, tart and the alcohol taste comes through. Good over ice. Not quite a farm house cider, but with no extra sugar comes no extra sweet taste or flavor, which I admire in a cider. Oraganic and over priced. Most home brewed cider will taste better than this with no carbonation.

This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a golden color with a decent transparency about it. Slight carbonation was seen rising at a moderate pace. Fizzy off white head cleared out after about fifteen seconds. The smell had some tart apples, some light sweet apples with a slight edge of apple juice. The taste was basically the same. On the palate, this one sat fairly light and sessionable. Overall, decent cider I think I could actually do if I was truly into ciders. Glad I keep trying them.

I have many ciders from around the world. This is by far one of my favorites. If you like hyper sweet or even champagne like ciders, then this probably not for you. It’s as about as basic as you can get. Thick refreshing flavor. Best if consumed really cold. To me...it’s a "cider mans" cider. If your craving candy, an apple is t probably gonna do the trick, if your favorite ciders are really sweet, this may not be the beverage for you. I love it!

550ml bottle on Scarborough Beach on a sunny day. Not quite as cold as I’d like. Initial sickly sweet, almost artificial Bulmers taste.. softening slightly after a few sips becoming more easy going. Light apple flesh, sugary, basic and clean, but generally not too bad by the end.

Bottle: Deep straw. Clear, high carbonation with coarse bead. Slightly cheese. Very fresh almost green acid apples. Bright. Off dry. Moderate acid and length. Easy drinking and refreshing. Like an off dry Riesling. Good balance.
