3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
(bottle) clear yellow colour with a small white head; aromas of noble hops; clean and balanced flavour, very good - if only all pale lagers were that...

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz. bottle poured into a beer mug.
A: Pours a medium straw color with perfect clarity and intense looking carbonation. The head is a two finger white color with surprisingly decent retention.
S: Very grassy and zesty, almost to the point of having a slight ’skunk’ to it (it’s not a bad skunk, though). There are also slight hints of fruitiness in the scent. Solid enough.
T: The grassiness moves down to the taste buds, augmented by a light malt backbone and a hint of fruitiness. It’s almost like bizarro Heineken in a manner, refreshing and easy to drink without being offensively skunky.
M: Has a nice thickness, especially for a lager, without being overly bloated. It isn’t overly carbonated, allowing it to go down in an incredibly easy manner.
O: Quite a good thirst quencher, but a little expensive for what it is. At least it offers enough over the Heinekens of the world to make it worth it.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500ml bottle pours a pale golden amber color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotty lacing behind. Aroma is lemon and grass with some light caramel. Taste is a light grainy caramel sweetness with some grassy and lemon hop bitterness. Nicely carbonated with an adequate body for the style. More of a premium style lager than just a pale lager. A full flavored brew an very good for the style.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
My go-to lager. Wish I could see this on at Samuel Smith pubs rather than the pure brewed lager (also a fine beer).

Pint at the Cramond Inn. Slightly hazy yellow with a fluffy white head. Grassy aroma. Grassy lemon flavour with a bitter finish. A very nice lager.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear pale yellow with a medium foamy white head. Aroma has straw...slightly sweet. Flavor has light grassiness and wet straw. Mouthfeel is light and lively with a crisp, dry finish that lingers with grassiness.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A good head on this beer gives it a good look. It has a malty almost caramel aftertaste. It goes down smoothly and has fruity almost apple like taste. A good enjoyable easy to drink beer.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle at home. Palest gold lager with honey and light grassiness on nose. Fluffy white head which soon dissipates. Well carbonated, light in body with a touch of shortcake malt and a long dry bitter finish. Gains more citrus character down glass. Pleasant enough.

It's wheaty aroma is the strongest thing going for it. Clear yellow color. Minimal flavor. Left me with nothing for palate.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Aroma is a bit stale and very yeasty. Color was a cloudy orange with minimal head. Carbonation was flat in the mouth, like drinking water. Yeasty and nothing remarkable about flavor.
