2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled, 500ml, Pasteurised. Yellow gold with short lasting head. A sweet smooth lager beer without any lasting flavours. Search and you find some peardrop and a little banana, but it is mostly a bit thin and washed out. Short on the finish.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: SEP 10, 2008 Crystal clear, yellow lager. Huge, frothy, white head which evolves into a small, creamy, swirling head. Spotty lacing.
Spicy, peppery, hoppy notes with some mild, malty notes... straw and English toffee. Also a touch floral and citrusy.
Very well-balanced with just the right amount of bittering hops.
Medium-bodied with an oily mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Crisp, astringent finish.

I guess its supposed to be cool that this is organic...but it doesn’t make it a better beer. Not at all. A typcial lager. Watery and thin. Boring. Blah.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden with a big white head. Aromas are fresh, clean with some grain and hops. Like a good lager. Flavours are fruity lemon, butter and some floral notes. Dry on the finish. Better than some lagers I could mention.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled at the Champion, Fitzrovia. As lagers go, I thought this was pretty reasonable. Deep gold colour. Not much aroma (it was quite cold). Dry, with some lemony citrus and a decent amount of bitterness. Firm mouthfeel. But, at the end of the day, its just another lager.
