Aroma: Deep raspberry aroma, unsurprisingly. Heinz baked beans, surprisingly.

Appearance: Wow. If it wasn’t organic, I’d be apprehensive about trying this. Ruby coloured body with a baby pink, frothy head. No visible carbonation. Slight lacing.

Taste: Extremely sharp and fruity - it’s like undiluted squash. Mouth puckeringly tart and tangy. Overripe raspberry and lemon juice flavour. Dry finish.

Palate: Medium body with a sticky mouthfeel. Soft carbonation.

Overall: I was looking forward to this, but it’s very unsubtle - too sharp and overpowering for my liking.

A nice fruit beer. Raspberry being the dominant flavor and aroma, but there are hints of pear and apple. Wheaty and yeasty as well. Mild with a medium body.

I haven’t found too many of the organic beers great yet, until this brew. With the Samuel Smith’s name, it’s worth the price. Smooth. clean, crisp, great fruit taste, great overall flavor for an organic beer. I would buy a case of this, great for the october and hoilday months to come.

Bottle. Deep coppery body with a medium pink-hued white retention. Aroma is extremely intense sweet and somehow slightly artificial raspberries. Taste is more sweet raspberry tones with alternate sugary and tart aftershocks on the palate. Not bad, just not too good either. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall a decent enough for a fruit beer, but nothing I’d like more than half a bottle of.

Bottle. Large white head. Murky red-brownish body. Stolid and Yorkshire-looking. Nose is lots of pure, fresh, organic raspberries. Taste is sweet with sour and tangy notes. Achingly dry finish. Oh so good.

500ml brown bottle. Red pour, pinkish thick foam. Lots of lace. Sweet and tangy raspberry notes in the nose. Taste big rasberry, sweet at first but gets tangy. Finishes with some perfumery fruit. Light body and light carbonation. Easy drinking, decent tasting fruity beer.

Bottle. Deep Reddy Amber with a rose tinted White head. Real fresh raspberry aroma. Flavour is like sorbet with a hint of sherbet. Slightly tart with a tangy aftertaste. Very nice.
