3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap @ Chandos near Trafalgar Square, tick, served in a flute. Clean pale yellow color, medium white head. Aroma of grassy and spicy hop, slight floral, slight grainy malt. Low to medium bitterness. Quite crisp and clean. Soft carbonation, bit thin bodied. Very comparable to a fresh Heineken and pretty good actually.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
clear slightly pale yellow, big white head. nice pils aroma, very typically erope style lager. flavor is very slightly flowery, otherwise just a mild but distinct malty bitterness and euro hoppy bitter balance. good lager. just enough subtle notes to keep me interested, yet, very clean and to the point.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
330ml bottle served in a Thumbler glass.
A: Pours a pale yellow color forming a small white bubbled head which dissipates quickly leaving no lacings
S: Sweet grains and honey, basically. Lager yeasts and some flowery hops
T: Follows the nose, sweet grains and honey, mainly. Lager bready yeasts and some hops. In overall, a slightly sweet beer with a very light bitter end
M: Watery light body. Medium carbonation. Grainy aftertaste
O: Excellent drinkability. One of the best Lagers I’ve ever had

Transfer from BA review on 12-13-12-
Poured from bottle into pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden color with a large thick white head. The head has great retention, fading slowly over time to give a decent level of lacing.
Smell- The smell is of a bready and grainy aroma mixed with a grassy hop smell mixed within. With these aromas are some lighter citrus and caramel aromas as well. Overall it has a rather crisp smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a grainy flavor upfront which creates a base flavor for the entire taste. Upfront there is a very light caramel flavor as well as a citrus taste that are mixed with the grain. The bitter citrus keeps strong as the taste advances with some flavors of a grassy hop note coming to the tongue as well. In the end a crisp and clean lightly hopped malt taste is left on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body of the beer is light with a carbonation just above average. Very appropriate for the style as it enhances the crisp and simple flavors of the brew as well as creates a very easy drinking brew.
Overall – While the bitter is possibly slightly a little too intense for a lager, the flavor transitions, look, smell and feel are all quite nice. Not bad.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
12 ounce bottle into lager glass, bottled on 11/15/2013. Pours fairly crystal clear pale golden color with a 1 finger dense white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of pale malt, earthy hops ,and yeast ester notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, cracker, biscuit, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Very nice balance of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Very clean and robust flavors for a pale lager as well. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly bready mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 5%. Overall this is an excellent pale lager style. All around great balance and robustness of pale malt, earthy hops, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and clean to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Botella de 35.5 cl. en el lúpulo en octubre de 2012. Lager con sabores finos algo maltosos. No esta mal, se podría repetir.
