COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Pasteurised.
Golden colour, floral bouquet and light flavour of newly mowed hay.

Brewed with great care using only malted barley, hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavour and soft hop-character finish.

The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve the lager’s flavour, purity and condition.

Countbeer (4302) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - FEB 13, 2014
Bottle: Served in a shaker glass: Medium sized white foamy head on top of a cloudy yellow colored beer. Aromas of herbs, hops, some tea ish tones, some hiney, grass and malts. Flavours of malts, iron, herbal hops, some lemon/citrus, some honey, some bitters, grass and plant ish tones/bitters. Aftertaste is light bitter, light lemon/citrus, some malts, grass and Low carbo, light watery mouthfeel, medium bodied and a light watery texture. Quite refreshing, maybe a bit old, still enjoyable. Well done!

Keg @ Wortley Almshouses. Fizzy as hell lager yellow with an impressive head. Smells of barley and bitter hop. Disappointing taste bordering on the outright unpleasant. Sour and full of wrong turns throughout the profile. Unwelcome aftertaste. Better than Stella... just...

550ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear and bright yellow gold with lasting but thin white head. Aroma of straw and a bit of caramel. Tastes the same but with hops. Lots of carbonation. Easy to drink.

I’m not big on lagers, but this is one of the best I’ve had. Can’t describe it, but it has that distinct flavor that I also find in Dead Guy & Heineken--only less so. This is probably my favorite lager so far.

From WholeFoods? Quite a nice lager. Easily on par with continental examples. Serving: bottle

550 ml bottle. Clear pale straw yellow, bright white creamy head lasts. Mild grainy hay aroma. Clean fresh grassy lager malt taste, some citrus, faintly bitter. Average carbonation, crisp light organically thin bodied, low hopped. Nice. TLF (Totally Lagerboy Friendly)

Very clear and bright golden. Nose of hay and light malts. Flavor follows the same as the nose and finishes with a slight hop bitterness. Good for washing down pizza.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Supermarket Liquor Fort Collins. Pours a clear yellow appearance with a nice white head. Corn, chewy grain, cooked veggie aroma. A bit twangy, chewy celery, corn, cracker flavor. Not good.

Agradable lager sin voluntad de impactar, no tiene un aroma intenso y en boca es suave y agradable, espumosa, cremosa, punto freso de lúpulo lejano, una lager para tener a mano y disfrutar
