3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from a 550 ml bottle into an imperial pint glass. Pours a clear straw yellow with small, fizzy head. Scents of sweet malts and faint, grassy hops. Big malty sweetness upfront followed by mild grassy hops, with some tasty caramel flavors. Grain notes linger on the palate. Light bodied, softy carbonated, dry finish. Overall, a good lager that lets the malts do the talking.

Above average beer but this is from someone who never really poops his pants in shock after drinking lagers... I was a bit surprised by the amount of carbonation...

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from a bottle. Pale yellow in color. Half inch head, minor lacing.
Very strong aroma of malt, rather pleasant. Full bodied taste for a lager, finishes strong with a heavy malt almost syruplike aftertaste.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A - Pours a beautiful hazy golden orange. Nice 2 finger head the stays around until the last 1/4 of the beer.
S - Sweet yeast, honey, hints of floral, toasted bread, sweet malt.
T - Pretty much the same as smell. Yeast, honey, bread, floral, malt, with gentle spice on the finish.
This a great tasting brew. The smell and flavor profile was something I’ve never experienced before. Different but good. It just feels like a lot of love went into making this beer.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Another off the line of beers I thought I’d had already. This one just doesn’t sparkle in the way I had hoped. Firstly it produces up a sunny gold and bright with a quickly fleeting white head leaving it shameless and exposed. The nose offers little more than a grainy, sweet and grassy wash with a hint of honey, straw and lemon peel. Quite grassy, gassy and heavy, yeasty for a lager that seems light on the palate chilled. Sits heavy in the stomach. A hint of lemon tea over layers of bready, dull malts and honey. Soapy finish has a touch more mown lawn. Too drabby and sickly to be enjoyed. Not a fan! 2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Pours a very clear light gold color with a smallish white head. Nose is fairly light, but has some of the good aspects of a traditional lager smell. Taste is light and somewhat watery, but is quite crisp.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Trader Joe’s. Aroma is typical pale lager aroma. I do not know how to describe it exactly. Flavor is slightly sweet bread, with a mix of slight bitterness. Nice clean straightforward flavor without any adjunct garbage bringing weird flavors into how it tastes. Level of carbonation is medium to low for a pale lager.
