Golden colour, floral bouquet and light flavour of newly mowed hay.

Brewed with great care using only malted barley, hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavour and soft hop-character finish.

The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve the lager’s flavour, purity and condition.

Bottled, pasteurised, 500 ml. Yellow gold with white head. Peversly Sam Smiths do these beers at a better quality than their mainstays. This ahs the benefits of a light maltiness, thin but complimented by a Saaz type hop. It’s ok.

500ml bottle (Koht, Tallinn) (5+:4:5:3:11=2.8+)
Soft vanilla, some orange, and light grains. Beautiful tight persistent head over a bold golden body. Simple light grainy taste, less interesting than aroma. Fullish palate. Want some hops in the finish, there’s almost none. Very nice lager, but still lacking a few details.

clear slightly pale yellow, big white head. nice pils aroma, very typically erope style lager. flavor is very slightly flowery, otherwise just a mild but distinct malty bitterness and euro hoppy bitter balance. good lager. just enough subtle notes to keep me interested, yet, very clean and to the point.

Golden yellow with a little creamy head. Some fruitiness in the aroma. Very ’clean’ taste but rather watery. Slightly dry but not too much hoppyness.
