COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Pasteurised.
Golden colour, floral bouquet and light flavour of newly mowed hay.

Brewed with great care using only malted barley, hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavour and soft hop-character finish.

The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve the lager’s flavour, purity and condition.

Botella. Clear golden with a huge quite well lasting creamish white head. Aroma of some fruit (apple?), mild yeast, some malt and grass. Good mouthfeel. Mild hoppy flavour with some malt, bit of fruitiness, good mild bitterness and grass. Dry bitter finish. In Nomine Patris et Fili et Spiritus Sancti.

Bottled, pasteurised, 500 ml. Yellow gold with white head. Peversly Sam Smiths do these beers at a better quality than their mainstays. This ahs the benefits of a light maltiness, thin but complimented by a Saaz type hop. It’s ok.

Has a light golden colour. Head is medium. Aroma is malty and sweet. Flavour is sweetish but not distinct. No bitterness in the end. Mediocre lager.

(Early rating and very inadequate, I’m afraid) Nice head and color and the aroma has notes of hops and hints of melon. The flavour has a nice depth, but I feel it’s out of balance. It has a nice bitterness and a nice finish. Refreshing.

Light golden color with a quickly dissipating white head. Nice floral malty aroma. Light and mellow flavor, almost sour. Very light and refreshing palate.

Thin, light-yellow lager. Medium-sized, frothy white head. Spotty lacework. The nose is extremely frail, but lightly floral. Undertones of butter and damp straw. Well-bittered with hints of grapefruit peel, corn and lime. Medium-bodied with a fizzy mouthfeel. Short, very astringent finish.
