COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Pasteurised.
Golden colour, floral bouquet and light flavour of newly mowed hay.

Brewed with great care using only malted barley, hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavour and soft hop-character finish.

The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve the lagerís flavour, purity and condition.

Pretty good, for a lager. I really liked the bottle kinda tall and skinny perfect for breaking off the end and using it in a bar fight.

poured with little head, smells of apples, smooth and decent flavor, nothing really that special.

I was hoping for alot more for 3.85 a bottle. Wonderful lable, good job it sold the beer. One thing though, Iíll only buy this one once. Iím a little dissipointed. Tasted a little old with that oh so familiar imported skunk aftertaste, however faint. Jst enough to make this beer boring and way overpriced. Oh, well... have to try new stuff once. Suprised to see this from an outstanding brewing co.

Pours from brown 12 oz bottle into pint glass. Nice golden hue with lots of carbonation. Aroma is grains with faint floral and some pleasant citrus. Taste is rather grainy malts with just enough hops to keep you interested. Very delicately balanced. An excellent lager and a perfect summer session candidate.

This was a nice lager, pretty much what I expected, based on other reviews. Aroma was slightly doughy, with floral accents. A very nice, clear, straw yellow look to it, low on carbonation, with lots of flavor. Head disappeared quickly. Palate was clean and crisp, with a nice, flavorful finish. A very pleasing brew, with many positive attributes.

Pale yellow color with a foamy white head. Aroma of light bready malt and just a hint of flowery hops. Taste mellow but unoffensive - initially some citrus but fades into more generic bready/corny malt with only a dash of bitter hops in the finish. Not bad for a lager, but Iíll take any other Samuel Smiths offering over this whenever possible.

From bottle pourd a sparkling golden yellow with a frothy white head. Had a light sour tinge in the finish probably from the carbination. Over all a good, easy drinking beer.
