Dec 18, 2008 Really enjoyed this one. This has a mellow dry hoppiness too it that was really unique. Lighter amber color with a small white head. Honey sweet malt with a little hoppiness on the back end. Great winter beer.

Dec 17, 2008 Pours a light amber color with a smallish tan head and light lacing. Aroma of hops and malt, some raisin, spices and pretzel dough. Flavor is lightly hoppy with sweet malt, and finishes with a chest warming alcohol.

Dec 15, 2008 Pours a dark copper with a commendable white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, molasses, along with some spice. Flavor is pretty solid- bitter malt, spice, and sweetness remains. Nothing too complex, but enjoyable and good for the cold weather. Decent palate, good beer.

Dec 12, 2008 550mL bottle. Pours clear orange amber, capped with a frothy white head. Aroma of caramel, bread, yeast, and perhaps honey. Flavor is on the sweet side, with caramel, malt, honey with highlights of spice and citrus. Very drinkable.
