Pour is reddish amber with slightly off white head. The nose is quite faint with very little of anything jumping out at you. If you are persistent enough you will get dark fruits and sweet malts, and a very slight breath of hops. The flavor is much the same and very dry.

Tastes more like a brown ale than an english strong ale. Light bodied with no alcohol presence. Pretty flavorful caramel malt taste and decent hop character. Some fruit and spice add some complexity to the taste.
