Pours slight-hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is caramel, spice, butter and other spices. Tatse is a smooth caramel with a slight toffee bitterness on the finish. Mouthfeel is good and buttery as well.

A bit of a disappointment, It has a nice Anisette sting among other light spices, but no body to back it up. Thick head that quickly dissipates. Nice Mead-like color. $10.29 per six pack at Tivoli Liquors in Miami

Mild caramel malt aroma with florals. Clear light amber/copper color, no sign of sediment, minimal white head, has some action. Sweet, eyewater, English Tea taste with malt and tangy esters in the flavor. Medium bodied, resin/watery feel, with lively soft carbonation. The tangy aftertaste is not smooth enough or fruity enough to be a session beer for me.

Sour smell and tart taste. Makes your tongue tingle like a sour apple does. Not up to par.

Bottle. Poured honey amber with lasting white head. Faint malt, and forest aroma. Malt flavour with a bit of hop. More alcohol flavour than what you would expect from a 6 per centum beer. Lasting malt flavour. This would be a better beer if they did less to it. Something of a disappointment after their other beers. But still, not a bad beer.

Clear golden with off-white head. Not much aroma. Some pale malt, some alcohol, not great. Flavors are also bland, with a sweet grain finish and a nice hop but this is very disappointing.

Poured from bottle. Aroma of sweet malt. Amber, head tries to persist, but is barely there after a minute or 2. Honey-like sweetness of the malt dominates the hops. Very drinkable. Clean feel. Not sure what this beer has to do with winter, but quite good stuff..
