San Diego Alvarado Ale

On-tap at SDBC. Pours hazy amber with a moderate size white head, specks of lace. Smells caramelly and cereal malty sweet with a hint of fruit. Tastes of sweet, cereal malts with a building red fruit character. Slight iced tea flavors as well. Ok. Medium body, good carbonation.

On tap at the Brew Pub. Poured a medium and clear amber color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of toasted grains with some citrus. Tastes of basically the same.
