| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Jun 5, 2005 Draft at SDBC. Typical hazy orange color. First one was served with a lemon. I quickly solved that little problem. Head dissapated quickly, but the residual ring left nice lacing for more than half the glass. Aromas of bananas and yeast. The flavor lost the banana, but the yeast was still pretty evident. Lemon in the finish. Nice fresh beer. doubleo (1121), San Diego, California, USA

Pours cloudy yellow orange with a medium sized, crisp white head, good lace. Smells yeasty and spicy, clove, with a hint of wheat/grain. Tastes about the same. Yeasty with light clove spiciness and some cereal malts and wheat. Medium body, vibrant carbonation. jcwattsrugger (5583), Florida and, New Jersey, USA

It has a citrus aroma, a sweet wheat malt and mild citrus taste, and a lively, light palate. I think it’s a pretty good hefeweizen. decaturstevo (2010), decatur, Tennessee, USA
