COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An amber lager. Distinctive malt character dominates the full, rounded flavors of Emperor Norton Lager. The rich blend of lightly roasted malts creates a unique, smooth taste.

Draft. A pale amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of fruit - but in a lager? The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of caramel and bread, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish. Nothing special.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Mild fruity aroma. Roasted malt flavoured, overripe fruity. Subdued sweetness and bitterness. Lingering roasted malt flavour into the far finish.
