Pours a grainy and hazy dark orange. Really looks light if appearance is correct. Foamy a bit. Aroma is a malty vegetal mix. The label did promise raddicchio though. The taste has a vegetal bitterness. Fairly thin with a grape like note at the back. Quite a mixture of flavors.

Cloudy amber look with a head that sticks around. Aroma of all malt with a hint of cherry. Flavor is very malt forward with very little bitterness. There is a hint of fruit in the flavor. Just ok.

Bottled 0,50L. Dark orange/reddish color, intense bubbly aspect with a creamy head of good resistance, some resin. Vetable aroma, notes of little roast malt, braced caramel. Medium prickly taste, soft malty mouth with an equilibrate and pleasant alcoholic content. Good bitter final, medium arid end.

Bottle @ Home. Molto beverina e morbida.

500ml bottle. Pours a clear, medium amber with a white head. Malty, lightly roasted aroma, caranel, hops, nuts, orange peel. Dry, light to medium bodied, mid bitterness, balanced CO2. Malty taste, caramel, chestnut, hops, lightly roasted, some yeasty, spicy notes. Quite enjoyable. (2013-03-12)

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is sweet and malty with notes of caramel. Color is nice amber, pours with a thick beige head. Clarity has chill haze. The more I drink it the more I’m seeing this is a solid bitter category ale. Taste starts slightly sweet on the tongue, then a balanced maltiness, then the bitter presents itself subtly. Mouth feel is full, palate almost approaching creamy but backing off. Average carbonation. It’s relieving to see the yeast at the bottom of the bottle! Makes it feel like this is a home brew. Good beer all around, ESPECIALLY for birra italiana.

Bottle 500ml from King&Godfree. Very aromatic, a bit thin in the palate. Aromas of caramel and liquorice. Taste is sweet, with bitter notes, and average length. Palate is oily, and medium bodied. Amber, with no head.
