Amber color with orange hue; compact and creamy head; dominating malt aroma and ripe fruit. The body highlights a great smoothness of the toasted malt. Clear fruity presence of: Marasca cherry, raisin, peaches.

This beer is produced with Radicchio di Treviso, one of the most celebrated varieties of salad. It has a red color and a bitter taste. It belongs to the chicory family.

Hazy amber color; big creamy head. Nice malt aroma and very nice hop, with a hint of dark honey. Medium body, with a mild toffee flavor, sweetish, but without a bite. It has a balanced bitterness, difficult to tell if there is any Radicchio, maybe just something in the very late aftertaste. Quite good.

Amber, copper colored. Fine white head, minimal head retention. More butter. Dried leaves, old book, herbal, bushy hop aromas. Telltale notes of oxidation. Savory vegetal notes, garden. Lightly tangy. Lightly creamy feel. Soft carbonic finish with apple pie and pome fruit.

Pours a grainy and hazy dark orange. Really looks light if appearance is correct. Foamy a bit. Aroma is a malty vegetal mix. The label did promise raddicchio though. The taste has a vegetal bitterness. Fairly thin with a grape like note at the back. Quite a mixture of flavors.

500ml bottle. Pours a clear, medium amber with a white head. Malty, lightly roasted aroma, caranel, hops, nuts, orange peel. Dry, light to medium bodied, mid bitterness, balanced CO2. Malty taste, caramel, chestnut, hops, lightly roasted, some yeasty, spicy notes. Quite enjoyable. (2013-03-12)

Bottled 0,50L. Dark orange/reddish color, intense bubbly aspect with a creamy head of good resistance, some resin. Vetable aroma, notes of little roast malt, braced caramel. Medium prickly taste, soft malty mouth with an equilibrate and pleasant alcoholic content. Good bitter final, medium arid end.

Bottle 500ml from King&Godfree. Very aromatic, a bit thin in the palate. Aromas of caramel and liquorice. Taste is sweet, with bitter notes, and average length. Palate is oily, and medium bodied. Amber, with no head.

Shared a 50cl bottle. Pours a clear dark copper colour with a small tan head. Aroma is liquorice, malty and caramel. Soft to medium carbonation and medium to light body. Taste is well balanced but not much flavored. Dry finish. Overall, a nice brew quite pleasant.
