Bouteille 33cl du Grain d’Orge, Crissier. BB 09/01/2014.

courtesy of fiulijn - dark beer with a little foam left; aroma of ashes and toasted malts; medium-bodied; slightly earthy and with a light bitterness; light notes of red fruits, more ashes in a quite dry finish

Bottle from Au Grain d’Orge, Crissier; bb 09 Jan 2014
Black color, with small sized creamy head. Strong aroma of roasted malt, some ashes, pond water. Dry mouthfeel; lean roasted malt flavor, with some dark caramel, some dust, correct bitterness; it has too much yeast for a Schwarz.
A bit chaotic.
