Bottle at All Bar One Basel, November 2012. Pours clear reddish brown with an off white head. Sweet biscuit, grain, yeasty fruitiness in the nose, Bitter, dry and starchy in the mouth. Light body, a little sticky, soft fizz and malty finish. Nice.

Brown with a red shine. Medium head, quite creamy. Aroma is first quite grassy/herbs, then increasingly grapefruit. Balanced taste with a nice bitterness. Full body, balanced sweetness. Nice.
