A yellow beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty and the flavor is sweet with light notes of alcohol and malt.

(Bottle 25 cl) Fully golden, very small head. Some malt in the flavour, but primarily dry and quite hoppy. Some late sweetness. The name "1516" is a reference to the year of the German "Reinheitsgebot" hence this is an all-malt beer. 250505

Bottled. Pale yellowish golden colour with mediumsized white creamy/fluffy head. Aroma is grassy, grainy and hayish with some mild rubbery notes. Flavour is the same with a harsh bitterness coming in the finish. Aftertaste is grainy and hayish.

Canned. Orange colour, coarse head. Corn aroma. Sweet, mellow and fruity. Soapy finish. I'd guess that 1516 represents the best-by date.

Can at Room in Barcelona. Clear yellow - white head. White bread, egg, sulfor, hay, wet hay, cereal, light dusty-old-sourness, grassy, old wet hay, mould.

a golden coloured brew with a light lager hop nose and again a fairly standard mass market lager.

Bottle, thx to Tarjei. Pours a pale golden body with a minimal white head. Quite fruity on the nose, with yellow apples and a touch of tropical fruits. Some grains and a little lemon too. Malty flavor with yellow apples and some hoppy bitterness. Thin body. Slightly papery and cellar-like in the finish, due to it soon reacing BB-date? There’s also some fruits and a decent bitterness in the finish. A really boring beer, but not foul. (080720)

Bottle. Dark golden colour with an average lasting bubbly head. Plenty of malt in the aroma. Bit sweet flavor, malty and quite bitter actually, which sticks a bit in the aftertaste. If only the beer was as nice as the label.
