COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cerveza Negra has roasted malty notes which extends to its taste. It is full-flavored and full bodied. Bitterness is moderate but still smooth.

Aroma is dark grains with roasted notes. The flavor is caramel and mildly nutty, along with a deep maltiness/graininess without being overly sweet. Actually tastes a lot like a Dunkel, this is among the best if not the best ADLs made.

Bottle. Nice dark color. Nice head, some lace. Taste of roasted grain, coffee. Aroma of coffee, malty. Great stuff.

This is a pretty looking beer. The color is a nice deep mahogany & the head is initially big and fluffy and off white. The head fades a bit but it retains an off white film covering the entire circumference of the glass & leaves some lace on there as well.

The aroma is very sweet with some molasses and a little bit of breakfast cereal. As it warms some coffee roast shows up.

The flavor is moderately sweet and reminds me a little bit of some of the baltic porters I’ve had (the ones I’ve been less crazy about) . The beer displays a nice mild roast with some bright plum, molasses, and light herbal hoppiness.

This is perfectly enjoyable.

Pours dark with a somewhat persistant beige head. Big caramel malt flavor with a faint earthy fruit sweetness.

Pours dark. Little head. Smells malty and taste is better than I expected. Syrupy sweetness on the taste. Pretty good actually.

Bottles, Kirra Point, Yonago, Japan. Good juicy malt loaf aroma packed with dark sugars and dried fruit. Dark sticky fruit loaf malts, demarara notes, fig. Solid, sweet dunkel. Goes well with karaoke. Would drink again.

The pour is unexpectedly viscous. Looks like a real black lager from a distance. Faint malty smell and some odor I can’t pin down. Flavor is chocolate malt without much hops. Flavor is more prominent in the aftertaste. Smooth and perhaps a little flat.

This brew poured up a dark, chocolaty brown body with a thick, foamy mocha-colored head with awesome retention and lacing effects on the glass. Aromas and flavors full of hops, caramel, malts, and smoke from those old-timey smokehouses up in the Ozark Mountains. Light- to Medium-bodied, smooth, with a very clean finish that’s not too hoppy with a touch of vanilla lingering long afterwards.
