330ml bottle (like the picture) poured in a chalice. A: Light yellow color with a small white head that dissipates quikly S: Smells like an adjunct lager with some more hops T: Tastes also like an adjunct lager with a littel bit more hops. Light bitter end. Not a big deal M: Very light body. Light carbonation too D: Refreshing after all but the weak taste does not contributes to improve its drinkability [ BA Review @ 4/5/2010 ]

What can I say, its a Pale Ale. It looks like one, it smells like one and it tastes like one. But in a warm Dubai that is OK, and it comes from far away, and it added another country tick, so who cares. (Dubai 201409)

An ordinary pale lager I had when I was in the Phillipines. Easy to drink and suitable for the warm climate.

The Philippines’ standard lager, with pale yellow blonde colour and frothy head. Grainy, clear corn presence but not the somewhat more refined rice I’m used to from Asian lagers, mild aromatic hops. Thin and bland, but I had worse among similar European brews.

I’m not entirely convinced that this beer isn’t actually a mix of crappy beer, corn syrup and some type of urine, either human or animal. I’m awaiting the lab results. For some reason I also thought it would be fun to review two "classic" Pilsners back to back, one a true classic (Pilsner Urquell), the other one...this.Then I also thought it would be a good idea to drink the Urquell first. It wasn’t. I should’ve started with this travesty instead. Thank god I have another Urquell in the fridge. To be fair, if the lab results don’t actually contain urine, I may bump my review up to a 2.
