The very definition of holiday beer: ubiquitous cold, gold, with a white head, brewed for the lowest common denominator, served by the pool, tastes of holiday lager, quenches your thirst, gets you mildly tiddly, and makes you yearn for a just below room temprature Old Ale by a coal fire in a rainstorm in Aspatria with the smell of wet dog in the air in early December.
