Draught at Birratrovo, Como; 6.3% ABV
Hazy amber color. Aroma and flavor rely on a very good malt character, summer fields; light honey touch. Strong bitterness, a bit resiny, but not much hop quality besides that. But it’s still a solid IPA.

Growler, labelled IPE Springtime. Cloudy amber with an off white head. Aroma of bitter oranges, mint, pepper, biscuit. Creamy texture, low carbonation. Moderate sweetness with biscuit and peaches, lots of kumquat and grapefruit, a little pine that with the herbal notes come across as a bit menthol-like. A little more bitterness than the normal version.
