Bottle @home. Pours brown/amber with an off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity. Little peach. Taste has a bit of caramel, fruity. Little sweet. Light body. Not bad, but would prefer more taste.

Versata nel tulip mi ha fatto una buona impressione, bel ambrato carico con schiuma persistente. Al naso leggera frutta matura. In bocca scivola via senza tante pretese, anzi secondo me dopo un pò diventa stucchevole...

Beer Served from magnum bottle in Quirico d’Orcia during summer. It appears redish or light brown with a fine lasting tanned head. Very plesant hoppy aroma without any agressivity. Peaches, melon, sweet malty notes and spicy notes like from cloves. The taste is spicy with white pepper and cloves up front. The hoppy flavours are playing second violin (unfortunately). The finish is raher harsh and bitter. In the mouthfeel it appears watery with a picking attitude.

Thanks to fratto for sharing this bottle. The beer pours a light brown color with a tan head. The aroma is heavy on the toffee and yeast. The flavor has a lot of toffee and dark fruit, as well as a good bit of sweetness that resembles brown sugar. Highly carbonation and medium mouthfeel.

Bottle at Taste Firenze. Yeasty nose of caramel and raisins. Dry in the finish, lots of minerals. Light and clean with only moderate sweetness. Decent.

(750ml bottle thanks to Fratto) cloudy deep orange pour with thick medium tan head. Nose of oranges, candied fruit, spicy belgian yeast, dried fruits, caramel and honey. Taste is spicy, Belgian, bready, gold raisins. Very dry, nice linger, some rye in the palate finish.

Concordo con chi la ritiene ancora un work in progress. Manca equilibrio e alcune senzazioni stonano al palato ma è comunque discreta, fruttata, leggermente luppolata con sentori di caramello e erbe.

(750ml bottle, courtesy of Fratto’s grandmother) Pours a cloudy amber-burnt orange body with a medium beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, nuts, and florals. Flavor of herbs, yeast, biscuit, nuts, raisins, and caramel with a dry finish.

Bottle from Grandma Fratto. Explosive bottle opening that left foam slowly creeping out of the bottle all night. Light pour with a white head. Aroma is cinnamon, biscuits, and dark fruit. Taste is almost grapey, biscuit, and dry hop spice. Yeasty finish.

Bottle courtesy Fratto. Opened as a gusher. Pours a murky reddish brown color with a huge off-white foamy head. Aroma is grainy and light hops. Some milk chocolate notes. Sweet. Flavor is sweet malts, homebrew yeast and some dark fruits. Gentle chocolate touches also.
