500ml bottle from Mediterraneo Bar, Rovinj, Croatia (37 kuna):
This one was a beer that proved to be quite a disappointing effort, particularly when compared the same brewery’s Czech pilsner. Drinkable but weak & very bland with not enough coming from the aroma or taste. Some nice pale malts & bitterness featured early on but things faded fast & left me disappointed; definitely a beer that I was expecting a lot more of.

Cloudy amber color with small white head. Malty and chestnut aroma. Feels watery. Like some Belgian ale. Medium to high carbonation with medium body. Nice beer.

Bottle 50cl. @ Maksimilijan Garden, Korcula (30/8/15). Cloudy chestnut amber, average frothy light beige head, slowly diminishing, fair lacing; sweet malty nose, toasted, caramel, brown sugar, dark fruits, light licorice, bit spicy; taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, roasted; medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste roasted bittersweet, spicy notes; expected more but nevertheless a decent Vienna.

Pours very carbonated, thin head. reminds me of some Belgian beers i’ve tried but it has a little less kick in the taste. Colour is amber orange, very cloudy similar to a weizen dunkel. Fairly pleasant beer, would be a nice for the sun, unfortunately i live in Scotland.

Bottle at Buzz Bar. Hazy amber body with a thin off-white head. Faint lacing. Aroma of pumpkin and stewed apple. Flavour of caramel, grass and earthy hops. Medium body with an oily texture. Very soft fizz. Not particularly complex but very drinkable (and a bit overpriced).

Copper red color, large head. Aroma of caramel, hops, fruits and flowers. Taste light sweet caramel, medium body, high carbonation, nice bitterness. Good beer, more bitter then expected.

lusikka (7650) - Tampere, FINLAND - MAY 28, 2015
500 ml bottle @ Glam Cafe, Dubrovnik. Pours a dark cloudy orange amber colour with a white head. Aroma of steong red berries, birch leaf and some grainy notes. Flavour of red berries, caramel malts, brett(?), grassy bitterness, sweet fruitiness and strong yeastiness. Medium bodied. Brett flavour was unexpected. Must be unintentional, but I’m not complaining.

Bottle 0,5l from the souvenir shop in NP Krka. Amber body with off-white head. Pleasant sour aroma of tropical fruits and hip, bread, malts and yeast. Perfect balanced taste between sour and bitter. Hip again, malts, yeasts, fruity hops. Medium body, high carbonation.
Surprisingly very good one.
