2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle 0,50L. Courtesy of Kita. Hazy copper colour with lively visible carbonation and huge frothy, soapy, off-white head. It takes time to fill the glass, because of enormous head. Aroma of red fruits, caramel, toasted malts. Taste starts and finish medium bitter with burnt caramel mouthfeel. Kinda strange beer, but not in a bad way. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation. It has potencial, but have to be improved.

On tap at the brewpub. Almost clear dark gold, short lasting creamy off-white head. Aromas of yeasts and barley with some fruity notes. Light sourness and bitterness, quite pleasant, bread notes. Light body, low carbonation, bread-like aftertaste. Very nice.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Deep amber color with beige head. Caramel and little bit orange in the aroma and taste. An OK amber lager. My least favorite of the San Servolo family.
