Dark blonde, small head, somewhat hazy. Aroma is fresh, flowerish, taste is reasonable bitter, fresh, no sweetness, medium dry, reasonable finish. a six to a seven.

Appearance is a pretty homey color. Head fades rapidly, and large carbonation not the most appealing. Aroma is hoppy, some citrus maybe lemon, and floral notes and yeast. Taste is similar, but quite bitter and one dimensional. Flavors dont stand out. Palate is decent, a little dry and spicy. Overall its drinkable, but nothing special.

UPDATED: JAN 16, 2015 Bottle. Honey color. Slightly funky, yeasty saison aroma. Faint hint of lime, banana. Taste is sour and surprisingly fruity: cactus, lime, hint of lychee. Medium development, dry finish. Not bad.

Suprising beer, triple yet low alchool in comparison, first sip a little light and quiet but than is generous and tasty, too little body maybe

Een zeer frisse tripel. Door de bloesem is de smaak heel licht en fris. De smaak is iets vlakker dan je zou denken, maar is toch bijzonder genoeg om hem vaker te willen proeven.

33cl bottle from local Albert Heijn supermarket. Pale golden with a medium white soapy head with low retention. Medium to full body with moderate carbonation. Well balanced sweet- and bitterness. Citrus, grain, grass, herbs and some flower and spices. A nice tasty tripel.

Bottled. 15cl sample. The aroma has some grains, some spice, seems like coriander, citrus. Bit hazy, golden-copper coloured beer with a medium, white head. The taste is little bitter, little sweet, has spice, grain and citrus. Light-medium bodied, soft carbonation. Pretty refreshing. Nice

Medium, fast gone just off-white head over faintly veiled orange-golden beer. Rather alcoholic nose. Some indistinct spice hovering. Not very remarkable. Rather bitterish-spicy tripel. Some spices, not definable, and yeast notes. Not really distinctive, but nice all the same. Alcohol obvious in a slight sweet backthroat flavour and warmth. Medium bodied at best, bit still; very slight slickness. Too neutral, too indistinctive to be great.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
