3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
I’m a rookie in this beer rating but here it goes. Found this putting together a pic a six didn’t realize it was a beer. Not your traditional beer. Aroma is somewhat strong defiantly lemon. Appearance: Color is a cloudy pale yellow with a small white head that does not linger. Taste is of a strong but sweet lemonade and the finish has sort of a zing it. Palate: Medium bodied, sticky texture and a somewhat fizzy carbonation. The finish is has a abrupt bite to it. This has very little taste of traditional beer taste but overall a pleasant surprise. Think it would be better enjoyed in the summer rather then the winter.

Dark yellow. Basically no head. Aroma is lemonade - lemon and sugar. Same flavor, some beer character in the finish. Crisp and refreshing. Sweet. Mild tartness. Surprisingly big body.

This beer is really pretty decent, but still nothing much to it. I like some more complexity.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured a pale, cloudy light gold with a quickly fading head and lace. Aroma was of sweet lemonade with twingle of fruity malt. Taste was sweet lemonade initially and then slipped into a slight malt flavor with tangy finish. Hops seemed minimally present. Palate was average. Overall, I thought this was the lemonade equivalent of something similar to New Glarus Belgium Red (cherry). Very easy drinking and refreshing in the summer.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
It poured a light brownish color with a small white head. The aroma was very sweet lemon citrus. The taste was very lemony, like very sweet sugary alcoholic candy.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From a 12oz bottle from Pick’s Liquors poured into a Lager glass. This beer pours a hazy golden-yellow. The minimal head dissipates almost immediately. The aroma is, plain and simply, lemonade. The taste is surprisingly good. Very sweet, like a carbonated Minute-Maid lemonade. Medium bodied and slightly sticky, it has some very fizzy carbonation and a very sweet aftertaste. Overall, this "beer" isn’t bad, if you call it a beer. It would would be great for sitting outside on one of those horribly hot summer days. Too sweet to drink a bunch of but one or two would be tolerable.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: SEP 26, 2010 Don’t get me wrong this is not a great beer, but it is a great beer to drink outdoors during a hot summer day. Sweet, refreshing, with a crisp taste. Way better that the rating it is getting.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Hazy yellowish white pour with a very thin white head. Aroma is full of lemons. Flavor is initially lemonade, with a slightly beerish aftertaste. Very comparable to summer shandy, but this one might have a bit more lemon in it.

2.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 8/20
12 oz bottle from Three Cellars (Franklin, WI). Clearing out the last of the brews from our last trip. Pours a hazy straw yellow, almost like motts applesauce, well carbonated with a bright white head that dies to near nonexistent levels quickly. Aromas are lemon tartness, flaked wheat, and a touch of must. Initial is sweeter than the aroma let on, country time lemonade, honey sweetness, a bit of wheat, largely dominated by residual sugar, much more minor role on tartness in the end. Mediocre lemonade. Dissappointing, would have liked more sour.
