COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Gold Medal Winner in the World Beer Cup 2000, Oscarís has quickly become our most popular brand. A full-bodied beer with a smooth finish, this is the ultimate oatmeal stout.

Has quite a weak head, but I thoroughly enjoyed it otherwise, with a very pleasing flavor.

Dark mahogany. Dense, thin tan head. Light but steady carbonation. Aroma of black and chocolate malts, bitter cocoa and oat flakes. Thin and watery. Very light bodied. Dry? Slight cocoa powder taste and miniscule oat sweet/smoothness. Decent roasted chocolate and black malt flavor, but it loses it. Finishes bland and weaker, in both flavor and body. Boo.

Black in color. Mine didnít have ANY head at all ... weird. Definite dark chocolate aroma. Flavor was initially more íOatmeal Stoatí than íChocolate Stoutí, but finished with a smooth chocolate taste. I really liked this.

Received this beer in a beer of the month club. By far one of my favorites. I am a fan of stouts and this is one I definitely reccommend to try.

Too thin-bodied: not ístoutí enough for a stout! The flavor is passable, but this is nothing to go out of your way for. I notice that the high ratings are all from Wisconsinites...Maybe they had it on tap?

Black in color; Thick and cloudy head; coffee and chocolate in the nose. This beer was beautiful to look at but couldnít back up the flavor. Very thin on the palate. I have a few more bottles, so I will definitely revisit this beer, but for right now: thumbs down.

Another great beer from a great little-known brewery. If you can find this beer, try it.
