COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This classic India Pale Ale is wonderfully hopped for a strong start, a smooth finish, and a fine amber color.

Overall, decent IPA, the aroma is a little boring and taste lacks some elements. I think it should be more balanced and it would be considered a better beer. Overall, decent for the IPA variety but still needs some work.

Cloudy orange amber with a short, beige head. Scent is malt, caramel, orange-grapefruit. Nice bitter grapefruit peel flavour. Well balanced with the initial sweetness.

Super hazy apricot coloured body with a bit of an orange glow and a thick, six centimetre tall tan head - very nice. Aroma of grassy and very citrus-based hops with some yeast notes, a little sweetness and some more grass. Medium-bodied; Good balance of malt, yeast and hops in the flavour with a lot of emphasis on lighter and more soapy malts. Aftertaste shows some citrus hop notes, a little hop pellet flavour and a hint of a spicey yeast strain. Overall, a decent IPA, perhaps a bit past it’s prime, but showing some good characteristics and then a few not-so-good. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Ridgeview Liqour in Green Bay, Wisconsin on 29-July-2012 for US$1.89 sampled at home in Washington on 18-February-2013.

Great, classic IPA. Balanced hops provide the traditional bite without the brutal over hopping that is becoming the mainstay of the style. Read the other reviews for specifics, I’ll only be repeating what’s already been said. Very drinkable IPA form someone who’s not typically a fan.

Color is mahogany/rust. Lots of carbonation and generous head. Lots of particles floating after pour. Typical IPA aromas of citrus & hops. Tasty, bitter, hops & grapefruit flavors.

Very decent. Would love to try this again. Had a few sips, but they went fast!

Draft. Hazy orange, slight lacing. Grapefruit orange pine aroma. Big big hop flavor. Did I mention a lot of hops?

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2012 Bottle. Orange malt and orange/grapefruit peel aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with large off-white head. Mildly sweet orange malt and strong bitter grapefruit peel/quinine flavor. Extra hoppy.

Pours a cloudy light amber with an average dirty head. This beer has a bitter piney hops flavor and the grapefruit, pine and floral tastes are over bearing. This beer leaves a bad after taste and is very dry.
