A still, medium cider. Slightly cloudy and full flavoured. A traditional cider, full apple flavours, with a pleasant bite and finish. Fermented from straight apple juice with wild yeasts, this is a proper cider.

Cask@the Bloxwich showman, Bloxwich. Cloudy yellow cider, still. Aroma of light tart apple. Taste is funk, some tart apple and quite dry with a little sweetness. Very good.

[7773-20150927] Box. Soured apple fruit skins aroma. Hazy, pale orange yellow body with no lasting head. Sweet apple and mildly soured grape wood grains flavour. Medium body. Interesting. (5/2/6/3/12) 2.8

Cloudy chalk white but fairly transparent color. Medium carbonation, medium sweet palate but very simple. Very easy to drink but just way too simple.

2015-09-27. Cloudy pastel yellow body, headless. Aroma is mild, fruity apples, lightly sweet. Flavour is sweeter than expected up front, lightly fruity apple in the middle, then finishes a touch dry. Smooth average bodied palate, still. Light funk in the aftertaste that grows as you go through the glass. Enjoyable, relatively simple. Boxed at Friends of Ham, Leeds.

Draught at Pigalle. Rich apple and pear with a light sour edge, honey, some funky notes, fairly sweet finish. Good stuff, a tad too heavy maybe.

Tap at Pigalle. Hazy gold with a small head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aromas of soft apple, pear and light funk. Taste is quite similar with a light bit of yogurt. Nice medium to heavy body with soft carbonation. Good apple on the finish with some light peach and yogurt. Very nice.

Pours a light hazy straw colour with an extremely minimal white head. Aroma and taste are both sweet apple.

500ml bottle. Hazy yellow colour, no head and aroma of sharp sourish apple. Taste is mellow sweetish apple, fruity with barnyard & leathery notes. Smooth juicy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dryish and alittle residual sweetness at the finish. Quite drinkable.
