Cask @ Trades Club. Clean, crisp and golden. Good aroma but even better in its easy to drink texture that enhances its fruit appeal.

Straw colour, smells a bit apple juicy, not like a proper box cider. Mostly tannic, some apple, fairly sweet. Not one of my favourites.

Bag in a box at County Hotel Ashford. Clear gold no head. Apple juice aroma. Remarkable really as you can’t taste the alcohol. Medium sweetness with a little dryness on the finish. Decent

Bag in a Box at Leeds 2012 Beer Festival, Pudsey, W.Yorks 16.03.12 in company of dad & Barry Pours the colour of cloudy urine. Spritzy on nose with good juicy apples showing. Soft and juicy apples in mouth, touch simplistic, little woodiness, bit sweet but decent. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov12 3.4

From a bag in the box at the Green Man, Bristol 3/06/2011. Deep, slightly hazy gold in colour. Rustic, tart fruit, cheese and barnyard aroma. Flavour was slightly sour, with some crab apples, woodiness and dryish finish. Ok.

[3191-20100731] Cask. Poor dairy farmyard aroma. Hazy, light orange body with no head. Very sweet honey apple flavour, different from the aroma. Medium body. Weird at first but grows on you.

2010-07-31. Lightly hazy dark yellow body. Very musty, lightly barnyard aroma. 6+ Flavour is on the sweet side, fruit apples with hints of tarter green apples. Smooth average palate. Rather enjoyable. Cask at Middle Farm, Lewes
