Draught in Bratislava: Hazy amber color, off-white head. Intensive hoppy aroma, aorma hops. Flavor is quite herbal, hoppy and herbal bitterness.

On tap at slunce ve skle 2012 in cernice. Reddish amber with a lingering white head; hints of pine in quite a sweet aroma; white grape and caramel sweetness with medium bitterness. Pretty good by sandorf standards

Tap @ Richtar Jakub, Bratislava. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Nose is pine and fruit. Flavor is fruit, yeast, coffee and pine. Smooth and dry. Ok

21/07 On tap at Richtar Jakub, Bratislava. It poured hazy copper body with big white head. Orange and herbal hop aroma, cascade maybe? Touch of chestnuts. Really nice. Flavor was sweet, fruity, a bit of roasted malt like coffee and caramel, notes of herbal bitterness. Medium to light in body, which isn’t really the best thing here. A bit roasted and slightly herbal bitter finish. Anyway, really nice, although a bit light, thus not great as I thought it will be after sniffing it.

Tap at Hostinec Richtar Jakub. Hazy brown color with thick beige head. Pine, roasted malt, dried red fruity, roasted malt. Taste, red fruit, pines, roasted malt, tea, floral hops. Long bitter finish. Tasty beer.

RBESG ’12, Bratislava. Grand Tasting at Richtar Jakub. Tap. Murky amber colour, thick off-white head. Aroma of loads of fruity hops, barley, coffee, toast, roasted malts, nuts. Flavour is also very fruity, hoppy, light coffee, roast, plastic, yeast, leafy green hops, bitter light coffee finish. Light bodied. Sounds great with all these descriptors, but only the aroma was.

Bottle @ RBESG Grand Tasting 2012. Hazy dark red orange appearance with a tan head. Spicy, earthy, a bit chewy, caramel aroma. Slight sweet, burnt toasty malty, earthy, light herbal flavor.

Cloudy brown, huge beige head. Pine, barley wine like sweetness, dark malts, tea and yeast. Nice straightforward hops, clean palate. Drinkable body. Nice.

Didn’t note the appearance, strange. Very light coffee and ash mix with a distinctly aromatic hopiness in the nose. Taste... Coffee residue mixing with American hops, light butter and elderflower. Some bitterness. Thought it was one od the best Slovak beers.

RBESG Grand Tasting. Cloudy amber with a small off-white head. A touch of citrus and tropical fruit hop aroma, along with dusty malty notes. Dry grainy flavour with pine wood, and heavy, harsh bitterness.
