Similar to Kalik as both are pale yellow with little taste. Not bad chilled on a hot day but tastes bad at any other temperature. Has a hint of metallic to the taste that Kalik didn’t have.

Full dads is better than thank sands light. There doesn’t need to be a light version of this, decent outside summer bru

My bottle [330ml] shared with GregClow, jerc & mabel. Pours a clear pale gold with a small semi-lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is not good. It’s not awful but not good. Grassy hops, vegetal notes, a touch of sugary sweetness, paper, cereal and a hint of skunkyness. Watery flavour is grassy and papery along with some sugary sweetness and corn. Light to average bodied. Overall it’s not the worse thing you could drink but I’m still not sure why you’d choose to drink this.

2013-03-28. Crisp yellow body, small bubbly white head. Lightly skunky notes blow up fairly quickly thankfully leaving sweetish cereally grains in the aroma. Flavour is similar, sweetish cereals. Average to light bodied palate. Meh, pretty dull mostly inoffensive. Probably better served chilled on a beach. Bottle shared by BlankBoy.

There was really nothing that stood out about this beer. A boring plain lager but at least it wasn’t funky...surprisingly since it comes in a clear bottle. Had on our Bahamas cruise.

Bottle. Pours a clear straw yellow body with a fizzy white head that faded quickly. Very minimal aroma, just light hints of corn, wet grain, and maybe a bit of hops. The flavor is pretty standard Pale Lager stuff, a little corn, a touch of graininess, throw in a little sweetness, and there you have it. This actually does have a minimally perceivable touch of hops on the back end. Finishes a bit crisper than it’s brother, Sands Light. Light bodied and fizzy with a short finish. Not too bad, I’d choose this over Kalik for sure.

Bottle-sampled at a dumpy bar in nassau, bahamas. pours golden yellow with a spritzy white head with no lacing. nose is sweet adjunct with a bit of skunky notes. alot like kalik, but not as good. flavors of skunky pale grains and lite veg notes. long grainy finish with not much bitterness at all. a decent pale lager, but kalik was a bit better.

$35 a case by the Atlantis in the Bahamas makes this beer taste better than $8 a beer at the resort. Taste similar to a cheap version of a Mexican beer. Add lime
