I mean its Bahamian so theres points there. Smells like nickles and corn. Taste is corny seltzer with a metal finish. Truly Bahamian.

Noticeably lighter than the original Sands and that crispness makes it actually easier to drink. Decent for the location.

I’m pretty sure they just added sparkling water to an already watery beer. If you are traveling to the area, and want to try a local brew, stay away from this one. It’s nothing special that you can’t get with a more familiar Budweiser or Coors Light. It maybe a bit better, but not worth it in the end

Bottle. Pours a very pale straw yellow body with a nice frothy bright white head that faded to a thin sickly film pretty readily. The nose is really not too bad, very light, but not as much adjunct aroma as I was expecting. The flavor is even lighter and weaker than the aroma. Very watery with a bit of corn and a slight grainy taste. Zero hops in this one. Very light bodied and fizzy with a watery texture and a thankfully short finish. Towards the middle for Bahamian beer, not really good, but lacking in bad qualities more than some others. With less than 10 Bahamian beers on the market as of this moment, ya might as well try them all when you’re there.

Bottled at the bar "Casablanca" in Nassau, Bahamas, on December 5, 2012.
BB 19 Apr 10!!! Well it was sold to us very old, I’ll rate it very old.
Clear pale yellow color, white head. Sweet, cardboard scent. Tiny bit malty taste, though mainly awful chalk and wet paper. Thin mouthfeel, low papery bitterness. Chalky paper aftertaste.
Well just very very bad actually.

This was a VERY light beer. Much like an MG64. very very clear....no hops, some acetaldehyde ..not much else. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was regular Sands w/ water added. it was cold and cheap

12oz bottle-pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is corn, paper, grassy/hay (Noble) hops. Taste is sweet corn, 2nd grassy/hay (Noble) hops. Soft/minimal carbonation. I agree with LinusStick: I actually enjoyed the original Sands, but this was a watered down driveled mess
