COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sanitas Saison represents all that makes beer great. Inspired by age-old tradition, brewed with premium ingredients, and shared among friends over great food and celebration, this fascinating ale is our pride and joy. Its fruity, grassy flavor from a blend of hops and a rustic farmhouse yeast surprises drinkers with complex approachability and a dry finish.

Iím excited about this one. Served in long tulip glass, I was welcomed by a beautiful golden, clear beer with a nice frothy, white head. The hops gave this beer an extremely inviting, fruity aroma with a subtle bubblegum undertone. As for taste, this was a nice rendition of the classic Farmhouse Ale. Discreet clove flavors complimented an apparent citrus finish. Overall, this beer was extremely refreshing and crisp. Apparently, Sanitas will be canning this beer year-round and I welcome the opportunity to be able to have a drinkable saison in the mid-winter months.

Draft in Taproom. Pour a glistening gold with a two finger stark white head. Aroma of sweet apricot and a light belgian-esque bubble gum. Flavor caught me off guard. A little tart, but nice! Fruits in the flavor, a touch of grassy hops, very crisp and drinkable. Interesting yeast here, i wonder what it is. Light body. Not the most complex Saison iíve ever had, but if iím looking for an easy drinking, everyday Saison, this is my new go-to.

I really enjoy this beer. I find it easy drinking and a sessionable beer. Goes really well out of a can poured into a nice long glass. Kind of beer I would enjoy as an everyday beer but not a special one i would pay over the odds for. Wife also enjoys this one - she is not a big beer drinker but has been able to enjoy this as have others i have shared it with. I have imported these beers into Australia for resale front he brewery - just declaring my interest upfront!

On tap at Sanitas poured a clear pale yellow with a small lingering white head. Aromas of straw, pepper and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, pepper and light citrus with a crisp dry lingering peppery finish.

Can from Rob - thanks! Slightly hazy yellow-orange pour with a small white ring head. Slight yeast and citrus. A touch tart on the tongue with a somewhat lively palate. Getting some apple juice.

The reviews on this beer are hilariously everywhere. The "detergent" description should sound crazy, but I kind of get it. But paired with the citrus tones and peppery finish, it's not at all unpleasant. I respect the reviewer before me who called it "piss water", yet still gave it a 2.9. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz can pours clear golden with a white head. Nice looking can. A bubblegum bomb. Pretty much smells like Bazooka Joeís in a can. A hint of phenols and a bit spicy, but very one-dimensional. Donít find this as offensive as some people obviously.

On tap @ Sanitas. Golden pour with a white head. Banana candy, sugar, and metal. Apple juice, pepper, and water. Maybe some paper. Gets more and more sugary. Flavor is banana candy, metal, and paper. Bitter pepper, tart, a bit solventy, and green apple skin. Really astringent.
