Cloudy inside of a grapefruit color. Nice white head, mostly yeast with a little citrus aroma. Skunky background with a cheese presence also. Kinda has a sourness to the arom as it warms.

GABF 2003: Nose of old and wet hay and grass. No touch of coriander, which I expect in a witbier. Missing punch, citrus, and wheat flavors. Light and weak.

cloudy yellowish orange-juice colored with a big yeasty aroma turning to funky cheese with hints of tangerine zest...big tangy yeasty flavors with nice orange and tangerine notes surrounding the spiciness.

Light gold color. Small head. Aroma is citrus and orange. A light bodied Belgian wit. Malts are fruity and spicy. Hops are a touch spicy. Fine carbonation. Nice balance. Light and refreshing. A great beer for a warm summer evening. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is crisp and clean. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Honey suckle with a little citrus rind in the nose.Yeasty gauzey mouthfeel, simple but solid flavors of perfume, dust and oak. Seemed a bit tame when up next to Hogarten.
