[ Trade by yngwie ]. Clear light to medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white grey head. Aroma is light moderate malty, bread, cereal, grain. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, grain - cereal, thin malt extract, light spicy. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20110812]

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel, and so is the flavor, while the body is a bit thin.

UPDATED: MAY 9, 2007 Bottled. Aroma of pine-soap. Colour is decent, but not for a christmas beer. Taste is something awful I can’t recognize, and there is a little malty aftertaste. Not much good about this one. (051102)

Amber with a small white head. Aroma of grain, caramel, unfermented wort and cardboard. Dryish flavour of wort and straw. Very decent for what it is
